Management Today is organising a conference on talent management on 31 May, looking at ways of enhancing talent to improve business.
The conference is called 'Measuring and Communicating the Value of Talent Management to achieve Board Buy-In and Integrate it into the Business Strategy' and is being held at The Selfridge in London. It will be chaired by Stephen Battalia, Group HR Director of Nestle UK & Ireland.
As The Economist has reported there is a 'war' for talent, and 'businesses are increasingly aware that they must step up their talent management activities or lose out'. It says that 80% of top executives believe that attracting and retaining the best people will be the primary force influencing business strategy by 2010.
